Anushree Creations

We are located over in Sree Venkateswara Nagar, which is part of Valayankadu. It is a decent spot for a business like ours. At Anushree Creations, we spend most of our days working with different fabrics and designs. It’s not always glamorous work. There is a lot of cutting, sewing, and checking for mistakes that happens behind the scenes. The area around here has grown quite a bit lately. You can see more houses and shops popping up every month. We’ve stayed in the same place for some time now because it suits what we do. The lighting in the workspace is okay, though we sometimes wish for more windows. Customers usually find us by word of mouth or if they live nearby in the colony. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The main thing is getting the work finished. Sometimes we get a bit backed up when there are big festivals coming up. Everyone wants their stuff ready at the same time, which makes for some long nights. We try to stay on top of things as best as we can. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day I might be looking at new patterns and the next I’m cleaning up the floor. It is just the reality of running a small place in Valayankadu. We like being part of the community here and seeing familiar faces every single day.
