V. L. Garments

V. L. Garments is situated at No. 22/114 on Jodhinagar 2nd Street. It’s just off P. N. Road, which makes it easy for transport to reach us. We’ve been working from this address for a long time. The street is mostly residential, so it stays fairly calm during the day, which helps us focus. We handle different kinds of garment work here. It’s mostly stitching and finishing pieces for larger orders. We have a few sewing machines lined up along the wall. The space is a bit tight when we have a lot of fabric delivered, but we’ve learned how to organize everything. I usually spend most of my time at the cutting table. We don't have a big office or anything like that. The back room is where we keep all the supplies. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where every spool of thread is kept. People in Jodhinagar know us as the local garment spot. We don't really do any promotion; news just travels by word of mouth in this neighborhood. If someone needs work done, they come and talk to us. We just try to keep the machines running and the work coming out okay. It's been our daily routine for years now and we don't plan on changing much. There's always some scrap fabric on the floor but that just shows we are busy.
