V. B. M. T. Fashions

We are over at 30 College Road, running V. B. M. T. Fashions. College Road is a pretty active street, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We have been here for a while and the location works well for us. It’s a simple building where we keep all our fashion stock and handle the day-to-day tasks. Inside, you won't find anything too glamorous. It’s mostly just us, some racks of clothes, and the usual office equipment needed to keep track of sales. We spend a lot of our time talking to people who come in and helping them find whatever it is they are looking for. It’s a bit of a mix of retail and behind-the-scenes work. Some days we are busy unpacking new deliveries, and other days it’s just about tidying up the floor. We aren't a big chain, just a local spot where we try to keep things organized and friendly. The staff here is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to cleaning the front glass. It keeps the days interesting. We like the neighborhood around College Road because it feels lived-in and real. People around here know us, and we know them. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just sell clothes and try to stay on top of the work. It is a good way to spend the day.
