Unique Fabs & Garments

We are over at 1-e 15 Velampalayam, running Unique Fabs & Garments. It is an industrial sort of area, so there is always the sound of trucks and machinery nearby. We have been working in the garment trade for quite a long time now. Most of our day is spent looking at fabric samples or checking the machines to make sure they are running right. It is a lot of standing on your feet and moving boxes around. We do not have a fancy showroom. If you come by, you will see the actual workshop where everything happens. There are stacks of fabric everywhere and bits of lint on the floor. It is just part of the environment when you are making clothes. We deal with all sorts of garments, from basic stuff to things that require a bit more attention. We started this because we knew the trade and wanted to have our own setup. It is a small group of us working here. We eat our lunch together and talk about whatever is going on in the neighborhood. We do not use a lot of big words or try to act like we are some huge corporation. We are just a local business trying to do a good job with the materials we have. Sometimes the deadlines are tight and we have to stay late, but we get through it. It is honest work and it keeps us busy. That is really all there is to it.
