Victoria Cloathing Company

At Victoria Cloathing Company, we’ve been here at No. 9 Thirumalai Nagar for a while. It's just off 4th Cross on PN Road. We do clothes. Some days are hectic with orders coming in, others are quieter. It’s a small team here. We spend most of our time dealing with fabrics and getting things ready for customers. Nothing fancy about the setup. We just get on with the work. You might see us unloading trucks in the morning. It's a practical space. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. Just the workspace where the actual sewing happens. Sometimes the machines get loud, but that's just how it is when we're busy. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started. People around here know where we are. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. There’s always a lot of thread around and rolls of cloth stacked up against the walls. It's a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We try to stay organized but when a big batch needs to go out, the place gets a bit crowded. That's just part of the job. We're glad to be part of the local scene here. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near the corner. It's not a huge building but we manage to get plenty done inside. We keep the lights on late sometimes when there is a lot to do. It’s just how we work.
