Brella Impex

We operate out of Door No. 10/21 on 3rd Cross Street in Thirumalai Nagar. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time. Brella Impex is run from here, and it’s mostly about managing boxes and paperwork. We don't have a big storefront with windows. It’s more of an office and storage setup. We deal with various goods coming in and going out. Some days are slow, just waiting for a delivery. Other days, the phone won't stop ringing and the small space feels even smaller with all the stuff piled up. We’ve lived or worked in this neighborhood for a long time. The neighbors know us. We aren't some big corporation with fancy uniforms. We wear what's comfortable for moving things around. Sometimes the labels get mixed up or a shipment is late, and we have to sort it out. That’s just the nature of this business. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing talk. We just try to be reliable. If we say we’ll have something ready, we try our best to make it happen. It’s just us here, doing the work day by day. We drink coffee, talk to the delivery guys, and keep the records as straight as we can. It’s a small operation, but we keep it moving. We close on Sundays usually to get some rest.
