Suresh Knit Overseas

Our place is located at No. 59/2 in Thirunagar, which is near the Pooluva Patty Post. It’s a bit outside the main town area, so it’s not as crowded as some other places. We do knitting work here and we have several machines that keep us busy all day long. The building is a basic structure with a lot of space for the yarn and the finished goods. We spend a lot of time just watching the machines and making sure nothing gets tangled up. It’s a practical job and we don't have any fancy office space. We mostly just have our workspace and a small area for the staff to take their breaks. We have been operating from this Thirunagar location for several years now. Most of what we make is sent overseas, so we spend a lot of time packing things into big boxes. The road outside can be a bit bumpy and it’s mostly just other small workshops around us. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We are just a local business doing our best to get the knitting done right. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix them ourselves, which is just part of the routine. We start our work early and we don't leave until the day's quota is met. It’s just how we do things here, keeping the machines running and the yarn moving every day.
