Stitches Garments

We are at No. 21 Rayapandaram Street. It is a small place but it has been our home for quite some time now. We do garments of all kinds. Walk inside and you will see a couple of big tables for cutting the fabric and the sewing machines lined up against the wall. The floor is just plain concrete and we have one old clock that is always five minutes fast. I never bothered to fix it. It helps us get things done on time, I suppose. The street outside is usually full of activity with people coming and going. We get a lot of walk-ins who just need a hem fixed or a button sewn back on. We don’t mind doing those little jobs. It is good to help the neighbors out. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. Just a small shop where we work with our hands. Sometimes the heat in the summer is a bit much, so we keep the back door open to get some air moving. We have a lot of scrap fabric that we save in bags under the tables. You never know when you might need a small piece of red silk or some heavy denim for a repair. I’ve lived in this area my whole life, so I know most of the people who pass by the shop every day. We don't have any big goals of becoming famous or anything. We just want to keep the shop running and do decent work.
