Ssv Global Knitwears is located at No. 14, over on 4th Street in Kvr Nagar. It’s right in the heart of Karuvampalayam. If you know the area, it’s easy to find our gate. We are a smallish operation compared to some of the giants nearby. Our building is a bit older, and the stairs creak a little when you walk up them, but it serves us well. Most of us have been working in knitwear for a long time. It’s what everyone does around here in this town. We don't use much fancy language to describe ourselves. We just make clothes for people to wear. The floor is usually covered in bits of thread and fabric scraps by the end of the day. It’s a busy environment, especially when we have big orders to finish. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the local news while we work. It’s not a corporate office with cubicles; it’s more like a workshop where everyone knows everyone else’s business. Karuvampalayam can get crowded, and parking is a nightmare on 4th Street, but we manage to get by. We aren't trying to change the world or anything. We just want to make decent products and keep the business running smoothly. It’s a steady life for us. If you walk past our door in Kvr Nagar, you’ll hear the hum of the machines and probably see us working.
