Sri Senthuur Garments

If you walk down 1st Street on P. N. Road, you’ll see Sri Senthuur Garments at number 73. We are right on Cotton Mill Road. It’s a busy area with lots of traffic and people moving about. We’ve been here for a while now, making clothes in our small unit. The space isn't huge, so we have to be careful about how we stack the boxes of finished goods. We usually have the radio playing in the background while the sewing machines are humming along. It helps the day go by a bit faster. We handle various types of garments depending on what people ask for. The P. N. Road area is always full of activity, so there’s never a dull moment outside our windows. We have a few long-term employees who know exactly what needs to be done without being told. We don’t really do any big promotions. Most of our work comes from people who’ve used us before. Sometimes the fabric deliveries arrive late because of the traffic on Cotton Mill Road, but we try to catch up. It’s just a normal way of life for us here. We keep the floor swept and the needles sharp. When the day is done, we lock up and head home like everyone else in the neighborhood. It’s honest work and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We just keep at it day after day.
