We are situated at 121, Nadukattu Thottam, which is over in the Paramamsivapalayam area near Pongupalayam Post in Tirupur. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main city center, which makes it easier for people to come and go without too much trouble. We handle the chit funds from a small ground-floor office. It’s a very basic setup—just some wooden tables, a few chairs, and stacks of record books. There’s a big tree outside that gives some shade, which is nice during the middle of the day. Most of our members are local folks who work in the nearby factories or run small shops. They stop by after their shifts to drop off their monthly payments. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big reception area. It’s just us sitting there with our ledger books and a calculator. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we end up doing a lot of things by hand, but it gets the job done. We’ve got a small kettle in the back for making tea, and there’s usually a cup or two sitting on the corner of the desk. It’s a very down-to-earth kind of place. We focus on keeping the records clear and making sure the monthly draws happen exactly when they are supposed to. People trust us because we’ve been here and they know exactly where to find us when they need to talk.
