Soft Hosiery Mills Llp

This is the LLP side of Soft Hosiery Mills, and we’re located at the same place on AVP Road in Anuparpalayam, Tirupur. The address is 421/1A and 6D/1D. It can be a bit confusing having two different setups in the same area, but that’s just how we organized it. The atmosphere is purely industrial. You can hear the sound of the machines from the street. We focus on hosiery products, which is what this town is known for. Our workspace is filled with stacks of finished goods and raw materials waiting to be processed. It gets pretty hot and humid inside, especially during the summer months. We don't have an HR team or a marketing department. It’s just us and the workers making sure everything stays on track. Sometimes we have issues with the supply chain, like the thread not arriving when it's supposed to. We don't make any grand claims about being the best. We just do the work we know how to do. The office is just a corner with a table and some ledgers. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and discussing the day's production. It’s a plain, no-nonsense way of running things. We’ve been here for quite a while, and most of the people in the area know us by now. We just take it day by day.
