Sobhasaria Real Estate Llp

We are over at 387/4, right on Angeripalayam Road. Sobhasaria Real Estate Llp isn't some giant corporation with hundreds of offices. We're just right here near the post office. Most of the time, the air is a bit dusty from the road, but we like the location. It’s easy to get to. We deal with land and buildings because that’s what we know. My family and a couple of helpers keep the place running. It’s not always quiet, especially with the traffic on Angeripalayam Road, but it keeps us on our toes. We don't have a glossy brochure or a big sales team. If you walk in, you’re probably talking to the same person who answers the phone. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. Some new buildings go up, some old ones get torn down. We try to keep track of it all so we can give people straight answers. It’s honest work. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, looking at sites or meeting people at their property. If the door is locked, we’re probably just down the street. That’s just the way a small real estate shop works. We don't need much more than a desk and a good map of the neighborhood. It’s worked for us so far, and we plan to stay right here at 387/4 for the foreseeable future.
