Versaatile Apparel

Versaatile Apparel is located at No. 3 Uoorvali Thottam. We are right by Amman Kalayarangam, just opposite the Sirupooluvapatti area. It’s a local spot and most of the people who work here live nearby. We spend our time making clothes and dealing with different fabrics. It’s not a very fancy setup, just some sewing machines and cutting tables. The floor is usually covered in scrap pieces of thread and cloth by the end of the day. We try to get through as many pieces as possible without making too many mistakes. Sometimes a machine acts up and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it, which can be frustrating. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy things about us. We just make apparel and hope it fits people well. The area around Sirupooluvapatti can get quite busy with all the other small shops nearby, so there’s always something going on outside our door. It gets a bit hot in the workshop during the afternoons, but we have a few fans going. We just do the work as it comes in and try to stay organized, even when the orders pile up. It’s just a normal job for us, and we take it one day at a time. No one here wears a suit; we're just regular folks trying to do a good job with the clothes we produce for our neighbors.
