We are at Plot No 1/4 in Anaimalai, Pollachi. It’s right near the Royal Cottage. Most people around here know where that is. We started Sharmathi Home Foods because we wanted to do something local and useful. We spend most of our days working in the kitchen and getting things ready. It gets busy, especially when there are visitors staying nearby. Our spot is a bit tucked away but easy to find once you get to this part of town. We don’t have fancy signs or a big office. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. The weather in Pollachi can get pretty warm, so we try to get most of the heavy work done early in the morning. Sometimes we just sit outside for a bit when it's quiet. This place has been here for a while now. We know the neighbors and they know us. People stop by to see what we are making. It’s a simple life here at Sharmathi Home Foods. We handle the ingredients ourselves and make sure everything is handled right. There isn't much to say other than we work hard and we like being in Anaimalai. If you walk past Royal Cottage, you are basically right there. We keep the doors open and just get on with the daily tasks. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a regular local place where work happens every day without much fuss.
