Susen Co.

Susen Co. is over at 195 Satya Nagar here in Tirupur. The building is a bit older and we share the street with a lot of other small shops and units. Inside, it’s mostly open space filled with racks and boxes. We spend our mornings sorting through the latest batches and checking for any mistakes. It’s a lot of manual work, moving things around and making sure the labels are on straight. We don't have a big team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes I'm on the phone and the next minute I'm helping load a truck. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. We have a small corner for making tea and taking a break. It gets pretty dusty with all the textiles, so we have to wipe things down often. The street can be a bit of a nightmare for parking, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to get through our daily tasks and make sure our customers get what they asked for. It’s a very practical way of working. We show up, do the hours, and head home. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing in Satya Nagar. We stay focused on the work we have in front of us each morning.
