Our place is Sakthi Gold Private Limited. You can find us at Ono 189 Nno141, right by the P N Road Mettuppalayam Bus Stop. Being near a bus stop means there is always a lot of movement outside. People are always rushing to catch their ride, but some stop in to look at what we have on the shelves. It is a practical setup we have here. We do not have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just the shop and the staff who have been around for years. We spend the morning cleaning the glass and making sure everything looks right before the first person walks in. The address can be a bit confusing with the old and new numbers, but locals know where the bus stop is located. We handle a lot of gold items every day. It involves a lot of counting and checking weights. We are not trying to be the biggest or the flashiest. We just want to do our jobs and go home at the end of the shift. The heat can get a bit much in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. Sometimes we just sit and talk with regulars about the weather or the bus schedules.
