S Arul Sakthi Apparels

Our business is located at Number 342 in the Thattan Thottam area, right off Palladam Road. We are quite close to the ICICI Bank, which is a good landmark if you are coming from the city center. This part of town is very industrial, with a lot of textile units and apparel workshops scattered around. At S Arul Sakthi Apparels, we have a decent-sized shed where all the work happens. It’s a very practical space with high corrugated roofs that can get a bit loud when it rains, but they keep the place ventilated. We have rows of machines and long tables for inspecting the finished garments. The ground is concrete and a bit uneven in places, but it works for us. Most of our staff lives nearby, so there is a nice local feel to the place. We usually start the day early before the heat of the afternoon really kicks in. There is always a lot of movement—trucks coming in to drop off raw materials and others leaving with packed boxes. We don’t have a fancy office upstairs; our 'office' is just a desk in the corner where we keep the ledger and the phone. It’s a straightforward operation, and we don't spend much time on anything that isn't related to the clothes we are making. The hum of the nearby looms is something we've just gotten used to over the years.
