We’ve been here in Kumar Nagar on Valayankadu Main Road for a while now. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. Our building at number 10 is easy to spot if you know the area. Inside, things are pretty straightforward. We have the reception desk where someone is usually sitting to help with paperwork or just to point you in the right direction. There are chairs lined up for people waiting to see the doctor. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded, but we try to keep the fans going so it’s not too stuffy. The nurses are usually running around with files or checking temperatures. You can hear the traffic outside, but it’s mostly quiet once you get into the back rooms. We spend a lot of time just keeping things organized and making sure the floors are mopped. People from the neighborhood stop by for all sorts of things, maybe just a quick check-up or to ask a question about their medicine. It’s a regular routine for us here. We see the same faces quite often since we are right on the main road. The staff knows most of the regulars by name now. It’s just how it goes in a place like this. We keep the lights on and the doors open throughout the day, dealing with whatever comes through. It isn't fancy, but it works for what people need.
