Our shop is just a small, simple space where we sell various kinds of spices. We have been here in Kinathukadavu for several years now and we have become a regular stop for many families in the area. It is a family-run business, so there are no big bosses or corporate rules. It is usually just me or one of my family members sitting at the counter. We don't have any fancy displays or marketing materials. We just keep the spices in big containers and weigh them out as people need them. The building at 428/18 is quite old and nothing special to look at, but it keeps our stock dry and safe. Kinathukadavu is a busy little town and the street outside can get quite loud with all the traffic. We don't mind the noise though, as it means people are out and about. We aren't trying to grow into a massive company or anything like that. We are happy just being the local spice shop that people can rely on.
