Q/S Planning Engg Highway

We are over here on South Street in Kaniyur, mostly doing the planning work for highway projects. It is a quiet spot 642203, not too much noise from the main road. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and a lot of maps and charts spread out on the tables. We spend most of our days looking at quantity surveying and making sure the engineering side of the highway work adds up correctly. It's not a flashy place. Most of us have been around here for a while and we just know the routine. When the sun gets high in the afternoon, the office stays fairly cool, which is good because there is a lot of paperwork to get through. People usually come by if they need to check on the drawings or ask about the local road layout. It is just a small group of us handling the engineering planning day in and day out. We have our coffee breaks together and talk about how the roads are changing around the district. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm, just folks working on highway projects from this South Street location. If you see the sign near Kaniyur, that is where we sit. It’s mostly about getting the numbers right and making sure the plans for the roads make sense before any gravel actually hits the ground. That is about it for what happens here.
