The Untold Stores

The Untold Stores is based over at 8/71 KP Nagar in Chinnapudur. It’s near the Pooluvapatti area, which is a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the center of town. We moved into this spot because it was quiet and gave us enough room to breathe. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place with enough room for our stock. We spend most of our hours sorting through things and making sure the labels are right. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we listen to the radio to keep things moving. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat about the weather or the local news. We don't have a big sign outside, so people sometimes miss the turn into KP Nagar. It’s mostly just us here, doing the heavy lifting and getting things ready. We don't really have a front desk or a lobby. If you walk in, you’ll probably see us in the middle of a pile of clothes or boxes. That’s just how it is. We prefer it this way because we can see everything that’s happening. Lunch is usually brought from home and we eat together in the back. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we try to stay on top of the orders. The evenings are nice when the sun goes down and the street gets quiet again. It suits us just fine.
