Bharathi Garments

Bharathi Garments is located at No. 4 Postal Colony, right off Pn Road. This area is always buzzing with people and vehicles, so there is never a quiet moment. We started this small setup because we knew how to handle fabric and sewing machines. We do not have a big office or a bunch of managers. It is just a few of us making sure the garments are put together properly. We mostly do bulk work, but we pay attention to the small details like the buttons and the zippers. If a zipper sticks, we replace it. It is simple things like that which keep us busy. The space is a bit cramped with all the boxes and the cutting tables, but we make it work. Sometimes the heat gets to be a lot, but we just keep the doors open and keep going. We do not spend money on fancy catalogs. Most of our work comes from people who heard about us from someone else. It is a neighborhood business at heart. My son helps with the packing and labeling. We take pride in the fact that we do not cut corners just to save a few minutes. If a seam is not straight, we rip it out and do it again. It is just how we were taught to work. PN Road is a tough place to stand out, but we just focus on the task.
