D. B. R. Garment

We run D. B. R. Garment from our facility at 5/803 Pitchampalayam Pudur. It is located right on P. N. Road. This area is known for this kind of work, so we are surrounded by people who do similar things. Our building at 5/803 isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we can get the garments finished. We have several people working here, and the sound of the machines is pretty much constant from Monday to Saturday. P. N. Road is a main artery, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside. We don’t mind it much. It makes us feel like we are in the middle of the action. Pitchampalayam Pudur is a good spot for us because it’s easy for our workers to get to. We’ve got a couple of loading areas that are usually busy with trucks. D. B. R. Garment has been at this location long enough that the postman doesn’t even have to look at the numbers anymore. We keep our overhead low and just focus on the stitching and the fabric. There isn't a fancy lobby or any marketing people running around here. It’s just a lot of hard work and a lot of thread. We’ve got a small break area in the back where we eat lunch. It’s a straightforward operation and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and get the orders out.
