You can find us over at No. 1-5 Nsp Tex, right at the back side in Pongupalayam. It's in the Perumanallur area. Being behind another big building makes it a bit quiet, which is nice for getting work done. We do knitwear. It involves a lot of yarn and big machines that make a rhythmic sound all day. It’s the kind of sound you get used to after a while. Our work area is filled with different colors of thread. We spend a lot of time checking the machines to make sure they are running smooth. Sometimes a needle breaks or the thread tangles and we have to stop and fix it. That's just part of the job. The staff here are mostly local people from around Perumanallur and Pongupalayam. We walk or take the bus to get here. It’s a simple routine. We start early and try to get a good amount of pieces finished before the afternoon heat kicks in. There’s no big corporate vibe here. Just a few rooms with machines and people who know how to use them. We stack the finished knits in bundles. If you come looking for us, just head to the back of Nsp Tex and you’ll see our door. It’s a practical place for people who just want to get their work finished on time. We don't really do anything else besides our daily production tasks.
