Being on Harvey Road in the Sidco area of Tiruppur means we are surrounded by the sound of industry. There is always a truck idling somewhere or a machine humming in the distance. Our unit at 41a/53 is a practical space designed for work, not for showing off. We have high ceilings to keep the air moving, though it still gets quite warm by noon. Most of our day is spent checking the stitch quality and making sure the counts are right. We don't have a big fancy reception desk. Usually, you just walk in and see us working right there at the tables. The floor is concrete and easy to sweep, which we do every evening before locking up. Tiruppur is a fast town, everyone is always in a hurry to meet a deadline, and we are no different. We’ve known the guys at the neighboring units for years. We borrow tools or share a kettle of coffee when things get particularly busy. The address is easy to find once you get into the Sidco estate, just look for the grey building with the wide gate. We keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s not about being the biggest name around, but just making sure that what leaves our doors is done correctly. That’s how we have always operated here on Harvey Road.
