Minions Interlock Brick

Our place is over at Flat No: 72-76 on Minions Street in Valasupalayam. It is part of Ganapathypalayam Village in the Palladam area. We focus on interlock bricks, and you can usually find us out in the yard or near the machinery. The name of the street is actually named after the brick work we do here. It’s a bit of a trek out to the village but we like the space we have to move things. Making interlock bricks is a repetitive process but it’s what we know. We have rows of them drying out in the sun most days. Palladam has a lot of construction going on so there is always someone needing a load of bricks for a project. We don't have a shiny office with air conditioning. We mostly just work out of the shed and the yard. It can be hard work when the sun is high, but the team here is used to the heat. We talk to the local builders and the homeowners who want to do their own driveways or walls. There is no complicated sales pitch here. We just show you the bricks and how they fit together. It’s a practical business for practical people. The village life suits us and we get along well with the other businesses around Valasupalayam. We just keep making the bricks and sending them out on the trucks every day. It’s a good way to stay busy.
