Palaniammal Cool Equipments & Tex

We are located over at Kumarantha Puram in Anna Nagar, right near the PRG building. It is a bit of an odd mix here because we have cooling equipment on one side and textiles on the other. Our shop at 8/4077 is usually quite full of stuff. You will see air conditioning units and fans stacked up next to rolls of fabric. It might sound strange, but that is just how we have always done things. The summer months get really busy because everyone is looking for a way to stay cool in the heat. Then there are times when people are more interested in the textile side of the business. We do not have a lot of staff, so usually, it is just a couple of us moving heavy boxes or measuring out cloth for someone. The floor is often covered in loose threads or bits of packing material from the latest delivery. It is not the neatest place in Anna Nagar, but we know exactly where everything is kept. People in the neighborhood know us by now. We do not spend much on advertising or anything like that. Most people just walk in because they saw our sign or heard about us from a neighbor. It gets pretty hot in the shop sometimes, which is funny given what we sell. We just keep the doors open and get on with the daily tasks. It is a practical way to run things.
