Amman Printz

Amman Printz is based at No. 1/386 Ganapathi Nagar 3Rd Steet, which is just by Boyampalayam Privu off the P. N. Road. It is a busy spot and we have a lot of screens and ink jars sitting around the workshop. You can usually smell the paint when you get close to the building. We spend a lot of time setting up the frames and making sure the alignment is okay before we start the actual printing. Sometimes the ink gets on our hands and clothes, but that is expected in this kind of work. The P. N. Road area is always humming with activity, which keeps us on our toes. We have been at this location for a bit, and people know us as the place near Boyampalayam Privu. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be careful where we step so we don't knock over any of the drying racks. Each day is about getting the designs onto the fabric as clearly as possible. We don't use any high-tech automation, it is mostly manual work with our hands and the squeegees. Some prints come out better than others, so we have to be patient. We just do the work as it comes in from the local garment shops. It is a straightforward business without any hidden extras. We just focus on the ink and the cloth at No. 1/386 Ganapathi Nagar.
