If you are coming to see us at Nk Garments, look for the Mummoorthi Nagar bus stop in Poyampalayam. We are located at No. 8/2994 in Teachers Colony. It’s a pretty convenient spot because the bus stop is right there, which makes it easy for our staff to get to work every day. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it feels quite lived-in and friendly. We have a decent space here where we handle all our garment work. It’s usually pretty loud inside when all the machines are running at once, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We have a big table in the middle for checking the quality of the clothes before they get bagged up. Sometimes, if the weather is nice, we leave the door open to get a bit of a breeze. We have a lot of regular routines, like who makes the tea in the morning and who checks the locks at night.
