This building is called Ncc House, located at number 2/641 on Mangalam Road. It’s right in the Andipalayam area. If you know the neighborhood, you know it’s mostly industrial and busy. There’s always someone coming or going. The ground floor is usually cluttered with shipments being moved around. It’s not the quietest place to work because of the main road outside, but it’s convenient for deliveries. We have some fans going all day because it gets quite warm in the afternoons.
