Ins Clothing Company

Finding us can be a bit tricky if you don't know the area around Sivan Theater. We are right behind it on Nethaji Street, number 35. You can usually hear the movies playing if the wind is blowing the right way. Ins Clothing Company is tucked away in this part of Marudhachalapuram, and it’s a busy little stretch of road. The morning starts early here because we like to get the heavy lifting done before the sun gets too high and the heat starts building up inside. There are always stacks of fabric and half-packed bags lying around the main room. We try to keep things tidy but when orders are going out, the floor disappears under brown paper and tape. It’s just how it goes in a place like this. Most of us have been working here long enough that we don't even notice the noise from the main road anymore. We spend a lot of time on our feet, checking sizes and making sure the labels aren't crooked. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit outside on the steps for a bit until it comes back on. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have fancy offices or anything like that. Just some desks, some shelves, and a lot of work to get through before the sun sets. It’s just a regular clothing business doing what we can every day. We usually finish up when the theater lights start coming on.
