You can find Afra Home Decor over at No. 72/4 in the Ssm Complex. We’re on the first floor, right across from Kaveri Woods in the Nallai Gounder Nagar area on Kangayam Road. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’ve got a lot of stuff packed in here. We deal with all sorts of things for houses—curtains, cushions, and bits and pieces to make a room look better. The shop is often a bit messy because we’re always unpacking new shipments or measuring fabric for someone. We don't have a big sales team. It’s just a few of us helping out whoever walks in. Kangayam Road gets pretty busy with all the traffic, so it’s a bit quieter once you get inside the complex. We’ve been in Nallur for a while now. Most people find us because they saw the sign while driving past or a neighbor told them about us. We don't use any fancy computer systems for the stock; we just write things down in a big ledger. It works for us. Sometimes we have a cup of tea with the customers while they look at fabric samples. It’s a relaxed way to do business. We just try to provide what people need for their homes without making a big fuss about it. It’s our little corner of the world. We don't mind if people just come in to browse and don't buy anything today.
