Maruthamalai Garments

We've been running Maruthamalai Garments for a good while now. Our place is situated right by Amarjothi Garden, which is very close to D S K Hospital. It’s a busy little corner of the world to be in. Most days start early for us. We handle all sorts of garments and the shop is usually filled with piles of fabric and finished items waiting to be moved out. It isn't a fancy corporate office or a high-end boutique with bright lights. It's just a regular local business where we put in the hours. The traffic near the hospital can get pretty heavy in the mornings, and we often hear the sirens and the hustle of people going about their business. We’ve grown used to it. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of sewing machines and people talking. We don't have any big marketing slogans or missions. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the shelves get a bit messy when we are in a rush, but we eventually get around to tidying up. We know most of the people who live around Amarjothi Garden by their first names. It’s a tight community. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep the doors open and provide for our families. It’s honest, simple work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. The building is a bit older, but it serves us well enough for what we do every day.
