Grd Apparels has two spots where we spend our time. One is at No. 23 Ram Nagar 2nd Street in Tirupur, and the other is No. VIP Muthu Nagar in Gobi. Managing both locations keeps us on our toes, honestly. We’re often moving between the two or calling back and forth to check on how things are going. Tirupur is such a hub for garments that the 2nd Street area is always bustling with activity. Our place there is simple, focused on the production side of things. In Gobi, it’s a bit different, but the work remains the same. We deal with a lot of cotton and stitching. The machines are usually running all day, making that steady rhythmic sound that we’ve all grown used to. It’s not a quiet office job; it’s a place where things are being made. We don't have any mission statements or fancy posters on the walls. We just have schedules and stacks of finished goods ready to be shipped out. Most of us here have been working in the apparel industry for years, so we know the drill. We don’t try to impress anyone with big talk. We just want the quality of the garments to be decent so we can keep the business going. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but it’s what we know how to do.
