Layam Export

Layam Export is based at No. 8/1005-A in Amman Nagar. We are in the Mummoorthi Nagar East area. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but it’s a good location for our work. We deal with exports, so we are often busy with packing and taping up boxes. The space we have is okay for now, but sometimes when a lot of stock comes in at once, we have to shuffle things around to make room. We don't have many employees, just a few local people who live nearby. We start the day by checking what needs to go out first. There is always a lot of tape and bubble wrap lying around. Amman Nagar is a growing place, and we have seen many new buildings go up since we started here. We don’t have a big polished office with air conditioning. It’s just a warehouse-style room with high ceilings. We keep the doors open to let the air move. Usually, there is a radio playing in the background while we work. It helps the day go by faster. We are just a small outfit trying to do things the right way. We don't talk much about visions or anything like that. We just focus on getting the crates ready for the truck that comes every afternoon. We make sure the address labels are on correctly and the gates are locked at night.
