Future Colours

Future Colours is located at No. 30 Lakshmi Nagar Main Road. We are directly opposite Sen Knitting, so that is a good way to find us if you are new to the area. Our place is right on the main road, which means there is always traffic passing by. We deal with colors and fabrics every day. Inside, you’ll see lots of samples and maybe some damp cloth drying if it’s a busy day. Lakshmi Nagar is a place where many people do this kind of work. We aren't a big corporation. It is just a few of us making sure the shades look right. The building is simple and we use every bit of space we have. Sometimes the floors get a bit stained from the work we do, but that is expected. We have been at No. 30 for a while. The sun hits the front of the shop in the morning. We usually start early to get a jump on the day’s tasks. It is practical work that requires some patience. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just try to get the colors to match what is needed. It’s a bit messy, a bit loud, and very much a local operation. We like it that way because it feels real. We spend our time checking bins of dye and looking at fabric under the light to make sure everything is okay.
