If you head down Valaoankaabu Main Road near Kumar Nagar, you will find us at J. P. Plaza, No. 159. Logistics is a bit of a headache sometimes, but it’s what we do every day. The office is usually filled with the sound of phones and people checking on where trucks are. We deal with a lot of moving parts, and things don't always go exactly as planned, but we figure it out as we go. The area around Kumar Nagar is always buzzing, so there’s never really a quiet moment outside. We’ve been in this building for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just making sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to drivers who are out on the road. The tea stall nearby is a lifesaver on long afternoons when the paperwork seems never-ending. We aren't some massive corporation with shiny glass walls, just a regular group of people working out of a plaza. We try to be practical and honest about what can be done. Moving cargo involves a lot of waiting and a lot of rushing, and we sit right in the middle of it all. It’s a steady kind of work that keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet goes slow, but we just keep pushing through. It's a real business with real people.
