Sree Shanmugha Knit Fabs

We've been operating out of Karuvampalayam for a while now, specifically tucked away in the Chitra Bleaching Compound. It’s a busy spot here. At Sree Shanmugha Knit Fabs, we mostly focus on knitting and the fabric side of things. It’s just what we do day in and day out. Some days the machines are humming loud, and other days we are just sorting through stacks of materials. We aren't a big fancy outfit, just some folks working on L.R.G. Layout 4th Street trying to get orders out. People around here know the location because of the bleaching unit next door. It’s easy to find once you get into the lane. We handle a lot of different knit fabrics, dealing with the local demand mostly. Sometimes things get a bit messy with lint everywhere, but that’s just the nature of the job. We don’t have a big front office or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see us right there on the floor working. We’ve stayed in this spot because it works for us and the space is enough for the machines we have. It’s hard work, especially when it gets hot in the afternoon, but we keep at it. We just try to make sure the fabric is right before it goes out. Not much else to it. Just a local knit shop doing what needs to be done. We appreciate the people who stick by us.
