Kaiser Knitting Company

Kaiser Knitting Company is based out in Karuvampalayam. This area is known for its textile work, so we fit right in with the other shops and factories here. We’ve got machines running most of the time, making various knitted items. It’s a bit noisy, but that’s just the sound of work getting done. The place isn't decorated with anything special. It’s just a workshop with yarn and finished goods stacked in various corners. We have a small team of workers who know their way around the knitting machines. Most of us have been doing this for years, so it’s second nature by now. Karuvampalayam is a place where everyone seems to be doing something related to fabric or thread. We are just one of many, really. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. There are no big meetings or corporate strategies here. We just look at the orders we have, set up the machines, and get to it. Some days are long, especially when we have a big batch that needs to be finished on time. But we just keep at it until the job is done. It’s a simple life and simple work for us. If you come by the shop, you’ll likely find us busy on the floor or checking the knitting of the latest batch. That’s just how it is at our place every day. We enjoy the work.
