You can find us right on Elementary School Street in Karuvampalayam. Being near a school means there is always a lot of energy around, especially when the bells ring and kids head home. Our little place at No. 24/1 is where we make all our sweets and snacks. The smell of sugar and frying dough usually drifts out onto the street and lets everyone know we are working. It’s a simple setup with big stoves and trays everywhere. We start our day very early, long before the sun is up, to get the first batches ready. There are no fancy machines doing the work here; it’s mostly our hands doing the mixing and the packing. We have a few local ladies who help us out with the wrapping. It’s a bit messy and the floor can get sticky, but that’s the nature of a confectionery. We don't have a big storefront with glass displays. Most people just know to come by when they want something fresh. We sell what we make each day. Sometimes we run out of certain items by the afternoon, and we just tell people to come back tomorrow. It’s a small family-run feel even if we aren't all related. We’ve been in Karuvampalayam for years and the neighbors are our regulars. We don't do fancy packaging, just simple bags.
