Karuna Exports Tirupur is situated at No 9/18 in the Shstri Nager Extention. It’s one of those parts of town where there are a lot of small units like ours tucked away. The address isn't always easy for new drivers to find, but we’ve been here long enough that most of the local couriers know the way. The building is simple and serves its purpose for storing and checking the exports. We don't have any air conditioning in the main work area, just some big ceiling fans that hum all day long. It gets pretty hot during the middle of the day, but we just keep the doors open to catch whatever breeze there is in the extention. Our daily routine is mostly about checking pieces, packing boxes, and labeling them for transport. There aren't any fancy offices or meeting rooms here, just a couple of tables and a lot of floor space for the goods. We don't use much marketing; we just focus on getting the shipments out on time. It’s just a group of us who have been working together for a long time. We know the routines and we know how to handle the busy seasons when they come. Shstri Nager is a working-class area and we fit right in. We just go about our business quietly and try to get the work done without any drama or unnecessary complications.
