J B Clothing Company

You can find J B Clothing Company over at No. 41 Old Market Street. It’s an old part of town, and the street has a lot of history to it. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building shows its age a little bit, but it suits us. It’s not a shiny new mall shop. It’s more of a traditional place where we keep things simple. The floors are a bit worn from all the people walking in and out over the years. We don’t really do any big promotions or sales events. People just know we are here on the corner. On market days, it gets really crowded outside, and the noise of the street comes right through the windows. We don’t mind it much. It makes the day go by faster. We have our regulars who come in just to chat sometimes. We don’t have a big mission statement or a fancy way of talking about clothes. We just sell what we have and try to be fair about it. Some of the shelves are a bit crooked, and the lighting isn't perfect, but it works for what we need. It’s a local shop run by local people. We aren’t trying to be anything we aren’t. If you want to find us, just head down to Old Market Street and look for number 41. We’ll probably be inside working. Sometimes the tea lady stops by around four.
