We are located over at No. 15 Muruganapalayam Nadu Gounder Thottham, tucked away inside the Ruby Process Compound. It is a busy place to work. Most days you will hear the sewing machines running from early morning until the sun goes down. We handle garment manufacturing, so there is always a lot of fabric moving around the floor. It is not a shiny office or anything like that. We have stacks of boxes waiting to be picked up and rolls of cloth sitting by the doors. The space can get a bit tight when we have a big order, but we make it work somehow. The staff here has been doing this for a long time. We know how to manage the machines and keep things moving. Sometimes the power goes out or a needle breaks, and we just deal with it. It’s a practical setup. Being inside the Ruby Process Compound means we are near other workshops too. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on the stitching and getting the shirts or trousers ready for the trucks. If you come by, you might have to dodge a few piles of material. It is a bit messy, but that is how a real factory looks. We’ve stayed in this spot because it suits what we do. It is simple, honest work. We don't have a receptionist, usually just someone from the floor comes to the door if someone knocks. It is a bit noisy, but we like it.
