Inno Fashion Private Limited is located out in Thottipalayam Village, specifically at S.F. No. 61/2 in S.A.K. Nagar. It’s a bit away from the main city center of Tirupur, which actually makes it a little easier to manage things. We have a good amount of space here in this part of Coimbatore district. The building is simple and serves its purpose. We don't have a marketing department or a group of designers in suits. It’s mostly just us in our daily clothes, working on the production side. The area around S.A.K. Nagar is growing, but it still has that village feel where people look out for each other. We spend most of our day on the floor, making sure the machines are running and the quality is where it needs to be. Sometimes we have issues with the transport coming out this far, but we always manage to get things sorted. We aren't interested in being a big name on a billboard. We just want to keep the business steady and provide work for the people here. There are a lot of small shops and homes around us, so it feels very integrated into the neighborhood. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the schedules. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s good, honest work. If you come by, you’ll see we are just a practical group of people making clothes. We’ve been at this spot for a while and it’s become home for the company. We like it here.
