Ragav Wood Mak Industries

Ragav Wood Mak Industries is situated at S.F. No. 245-1 in Kanapathipalayam. It is under the T.R. Palayam Post in Kangayam Taluk. The area is more industrial and open than a city center. We have a fair amount of space here for all the wood and machinery we use. It smells like sawdust most of the time which we have all gotten used to. The building is more of a shed or a warehouse than a proper office building. We spend most of our time out on the floor rather than sitting behind desks. There is a small corner where we keep the books and handle the phone calls. It gets quite loud when the machines are running so we usually have to shout a bit to be heard. Kangayam Taluk is where we have been operating for a long time. The yard outside is often full of raw materials waiting to be processed. We don't have any air conditioning so it stays pretty warm during the summer months. We just use big fans to keep the air moving. It is hard work but it is what we do here. The people who work here are local and have been with us for a while. It is a simple place where we turn wood into whatever is needed. We don't have any flashy signs out front. The gate is usually open early in the morning so the trucks can get in easily. We like the quiet of the evenings here.
