We’ve been here at No. 699/2 in the Muthuswamy & Bros Industrial Complex for quite some time now. Kamaraj Road is always busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get into the complex at once. It’s mostly just us and the other industrial units around here, so it gets noisy with all the work going on. Inside the unit, it’s mostly stacks of fabric and people busy at their stations. We don't really have a fancy setup, just the stuff we need to get the daily work finished. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait it out, which is part of the routine. The building isn't brand new, but it serves us well enough for what we do. People usually find us by looking for the main gate of the complex. We try to keep things moving so we don't fall behind. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we have a few fans going to keep the air moving while we sort through the orders. Most of the staff has been around for years, so we all know how the machines sound when they’re running right. It’s a plain place, nothing too special to look at, but we stay busy from Monday to Saturday. If you’re coming down Kamaraj Road, you’ll see the industrial complex sign easily enough. We’re just one of the many units making things happen inside those walls.
