Iconic Furnitures

Our shop is at 8/999A Near Bus Stop. Being right there makes it easy because people can just hop off the bus and walk right in to see what we have. We have a lot of different pieces squeezed into the space—chairs, tables, and cabinets mostly. The space is a bit crowded, so you have to be careful not to knock anything over when you’re walking through the aisles. We’ve been selling furniture here for a while now. Most of what we have is practical stuff for regular homes and families. We don't have a big showroom with fancy lighting; it’s just the shop floor with whatever we have in stock at the time. Sometimes the pieces are a bit dusty from the road outside, but we try to keep things clean enough. We enjoy talking to the people who come in looking for something specific for their house. If we don't have it, we usually know where we might be able to find it for them. This is a family-run kind of thing, so you’ll often see one of us moving heavy furniture around or loading a truck for a delivery. The delivery truck is old and sometimes takes a few tries to start, but it gets the job done eventually. We don't do much in the way of advertising, just the sign out front. The business is a simple way to make a living, and we like being right here by the bus stop where we can see the whole town going by.
