Greets Knit Wears

We are located at No. 28 P. S. S. Nagar, right inside the Kulalar Kalyanan Mandapam Compound. It’s a bit of a funny place for a business like Greets Knit Wears, but it works for us. Usually, you can hear music or see people dressed up for weddings next door while we are busy with the machines. We focus mostly on knitwear, handling various orders that come through. The space is filled with yarn and half-finished pieces most of the time. It gets a bit crowded when a big batch is due, but we have a system that keeps things moving. Being in P. S. S. Nagar is nice because it’s a familiar area for most people around here. We don’t have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a workshop where we get things done. Some of the staff have been with us for years and they know the machines better than anyone. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep up with the demand. Sometimes the power goes out, which is a pain, but that’s just how it is. People know to find us by looking for the mandapam. It makes for a good landmark. We don’t put much stock in flashy stuff, we just try to make sure the knitting is right before it goes out the door. It’s a simple operation, really, just some folks working hard in a quiet corner of the compound. We just get on with it.
