Fancy Knit Exports

We are over at No 6 A. V. P Layout, on the 3rd Street Extension near Gandhi Nagar Post. Fancy Knit Exports is basically a warehouse and a small office space combined. It's not in a main shopping area, so it’s a bit quieter than most places. We have a lot of knitting machines that make a fair bit of noise when they are all running at once. Most of our time is spent checking the quality of the knits and making sure the packing is done right. There are threads all over the floor by the end of the day. We have a small crew, and we all pitch in where needed. If the shipping guy is sick, someone else jumps in to help with the crates. It’s that kind of place. We’ve been at this Gandhi Nagar address for several years. The building is just a plain concrete structure, nothing fancy to look at. We have a small area where we keep our records and a kettle for making tea. We don't really bother with social media or fancy websites. We just do our work and send the exports out. It’s a steady routine of knitting, checking, and shipping. Sometimes things go wrong with the machines, and we have to fix them ourselves. It’s just a practical, everyday job for us here. We like the quiet of the layout.
